Mixing points and cash nights with DDP

If I was to tack on a night to the end of our stay and pay cash for it, would I still be required to add a day to the DDP as well?

If you book the cash night through MS, it would be linked so you would be required to purchase the DDP for that night,too.

If you book through CRO, they cannot link the reservation, you'll have to check out and check in and you might not be in the same room. It's two separate reservations, so you would not be able to purchase the DDP for that night unless you booked a package.

If you book thru MS, yes, only if you have your two ressies linked together so you dont have to move out of your room(if you book the same type room).
No, if you dont link the two ressies together and you move into a new room.

If you book cash thru wdw you would not be guarantee to stay in the same room, you may have to move. If you book thru wdw and want the dining plan you would have to purchase a one day basic ticket for 71.95.

booking dining thru ms no ticket is required to be purchase.
