Do you have any equine, bovine, or canine needs?

I wouldn't worry about it PJ.![]()
I have to go get some work done, talk to you later.
Bye Blue! I'm heading out too.

Oko, I have to go to my first final...wish me luck!! Hope my sister picks up the phone so I'll be safe walking out of the building since that makes perfect sense!![]()
He might. Or he might be in trouble because he is supposed to be available during quiet time and he wasn't. Or he might just be thinking that boys will be boys. Who knows? Again, not your issue.Well at that point we were just asking them to be quiet. The RA thought that after they told us to f off and before we resorted to calling the police we should have tried to talk to them. He said calling the police was a drastic move and an over reaction. I wonder if he gets in trouble if the police are called on someone in an apartment he's in charge of because he was acting really strange about the whole calling the cops thing.
Okay, so those of you who were on MSN knew I was having trouble with the guys upstairs. They are extremely noisy and tonight they were out of control so my room mate and I went up to ask them to keep it down. We're trying to study for finals. They told us to f off, slammed the door in our faces and turned the music up. We didn't feel comfortable going upstairs again because of the way they talked to us so we called the RA to ask him to come talk to them. He wasn't home so we gave it another 30 minutes and then we called campus police.
They came and found "excessive" alcohol. The guys are 19. He made them dump it all out and then take the garbage out. They are going to have to pay a fine and do community service. Then there is going to be a hearing that we all have to go to to determine if they're kicked off the soccer team or kicked out of the school.
So as soon as the RA left they started yelling f you *****s and banging on our door. They were telling us to come out and confront them or they were going to knock down the door. Obviously we're scared so we call the RA back. They deny everything. So now we have a desk in front of the door and we deadbolted it. They are screaming at us that we better watch our backs and not let them see where we park or they'll key our cars. I am going to be afraid to leave the building in the morning.
All the RA had to say was that he was upset that we didn't try to confront them first. They're big soccer players and they were drunk. We're just girls. We were afraid.
Oh PJ! I am so sorry this happened to you!
You all might be happy to know that my mother agrees with all of you about the Ken situation. And she has zero experience with guys - she was married to her first boyfriend for 2 years and that was it. Not even another date, before or after.
Now I just need to figure out when to call him again![]()
Mommy's right!Darn. I was hoping someone might say next Thursday or Friday would be okay. I have those two days off from work and I could call him and maybe get his VM...no guarantee, of course, but I'd be more likely to...
Yes, I know, I'm being all shy and passive-aggressive that way...
Okay, I just have to get this off my chest because now I'm feeling guilty. Were we really so ridiculous to call campus police? The RA just kept saying he really wishes we would have tried to talk it out with the guys because now we've put their careers and their schooling in jeopardy and that's not fair to them. Does anyone really think it was a good idea for 2 girls to go up and tell 2 huge, drunk soccer players that we would like to discuss why they told us to f off?? That's what bugged me the most--that the RA gave us a hard time for calling the cops. Well, if he had answered his phone we wouldn't have.
And what Rob said, too!You did try to discuss it with them. The slammed the door on your face. It's not your fault that they were drunk.
Let them all loose on PJ's upstairs idiots!Do you have any equine, bovine, or canine needs?![]()
And now...

I will be popping in & out today, too!

PJ,
You girls did nothing wrong, you did exactly what you should have done.
If they hadn't been being you know whats then none of this would have happened. How is that in any way your fault.
ITA! I would have done the same thing!
How are you doing today Michele?

Where is Liz? Liz!!! Are you out there? How are you?
I'm here. I just don't have a lot to say today. I'm nervous about calling Ken again. I'm positive he must be mad at me and he's not going to give me another chance. I'm a bit crabby today. I'm sick of fixing sloppy orders. I had two that took me 2 hours to redo first thing this morning. And I have to go to the grocery store tonight (which I hate doing, especially alone) and I'm looking at $1100 in car repairs.
He's not mad at you!
