Sooo...I just talked to my mother. My grandmother's heartbeat seems to be slowing down. A friend came over to visit today. She'd been to visit one day last week as well, and today she said that Gram looks very different. Mum also said that Gram asked her to talk to her a little, held her hand, said that it won't be long now and reminded her that she didn't want to be shown. She just doesn't want to go on the 14th, because that's Mum's birthday. I've had 6 months to get used to this, I was fine last night, I was fine when I talked to Mum earlier today, but now I've lost it I don't know how I'm going to go over there tomorrow and talk to her like everything is okay.

My nightmare one was "The Missing' w/Tommy Lee Jones & Cate Blanchett.
It wasn't scary (it was quite interesting) but it had one gruesome scene that really disturbed me for more than a few nights! I am usually pretty good at skipping bloody parts, but this I didn't expect

That freaking TV thing, a true story, about the grizzly eating the 2 researchers, "Grizzly Man". they lived among the bears--but unarmed Very disturbing on so many levels.
