We're gonna cart the kids of to the in-laws to go see "Ocean's 13" tonight. Tomorrow morning I have a date with my lawn mower. It's been three and a half weeks since it's been mowed. We've had very little rain, but it looks bad. "It's not just a job, it's an adventure..."

Yeah, this business with Gram is not fun. I need to look forward to something. A trip is just what we need!

I think a trip to the World would be a GREAT idea.

I haven't seen Ocean's 12 yet. Shhhh! Don't tell anybody. Dh and I did see "Mr. Brooks" last week. It was pretty good, if you like conflicted serial killers.

We're supposed to get rain here today. Boy, do we need it. The farmers are getting worried 'round these parts.


Don't forget the sunscreen tomorrow (or at least a hat). No more scalp burn.

Good Morning All! No big weekend plans here -- typical weekend of baseball with some work and household tasks squeezed in where possible. DS6's post-season tournament starts tomorrow and we are practicing tonight to be ready for it.

I don't mind conflicted serial killers at ALL, I just don't like Kevin Costner. I try to avoid his movies (well, since "Dances With Wolves").

Speaking of slow, we rushed to mail a package in Anchorage, due to overpacking <sigh>. It was about to close, I pack it up and pay, hand the man my package and he says this should arrive between 5 and 8 weeks!!

1. I think Mr. Costner peaked with "Dances With Wolves" and "Field of Dreams". I know you don't do baseball movies, but I did like that one.
