mixed feelings

I was looking at other threads, picture threads, and came across a thred that made me sad but also a warm fuzzy......??

Sad because it was rainging at Disney, but a warm fuzzy, because it was raining. Im one of those weird people that I love it when it rains, Its a comfort type feeling when it rains

I remember like yesterday, the family was by the Pirates of the Caribbean, when down pour let go and we jumped up one of the fake building porches protected by an overhang, with room for about 6 people, some others joined us for a party of 10 or so. I was fun watching people scatter for shelter, while others popped umbrellas and some didn't have a care in the world and just continued enjoying the day, soaked to the bone.

Rain at WDW makes me smile and brings back warm memories. Favorite being the first trip with our boys and we ended upon Tom Sawyers Island in the middle of a down pour. Couldn't go into the cave because one of my DS's had a fear of "dark" new places. So rather then stressing him out, we just laughed and wandered in the rain while others ran for shelter. Silly I know, but it is memory that we all love.

I love the rain and even better the freezing cold when we are at Disney it helps to cool the crowds!
