How is the Mix Magic show working with the castle covered for refurb?

Note that I'm thinking that this show is like the castle projection shows at Disney World.

The projections look fine on the castle since the scrim doesn't show up that much in the dark. You can look at videos on YouTube to see how the projections look on the castle. Reviews here, though, have Main Street and IASW winning as the top viewing spots for MMM. The castle is coming in a solid third in this race.

The show was planned knowing that the castle was going under rehab, so they accommodated it in the design of the show.

I went up to Universal Studios Hollywood to check out the preview of their new projection show. It FAR surpasses anything Disney has put out. Provided you can handle a darker theme, the technology is far superior.

We viewed from 2 locations last week - I would say castle if they are doing fireworks that night as it puts everything into one frame of vision. If not, I would do IASW as you can view the projection head on. Main Street is cool but you are swiveling the whole time to take everything in - made me dizzy.
