I definitely saw them at a cart in front of the castle (on the right hand side as you're facing the castle).

We saw it in a cart walking down Main Street. She had the fan misters and those misters (mistymates) in a bucket of ice water, so it was nice and cold.

just got my cool blast 2.5 oz mister from misty mate yesterday in the mail and it's GREAT!!

no batteries, easy to fill, pump and use

small enough to carry around

so glad i bought it!

I purchased my Misty Mates on Ebay. They came as a 2 pack (blue) Plus they added in 2 of the neck ties - which you soak in water then tie them around your neck.
When my order arrived I had 4 misters and 8 neck ties!! I contacted the seller and told them they sent me a double order and they said "this is your lucky day" and told me to keep them! YEAH!!
Were not going to WDW till September but we walk around the house practicing that we are sweltering hot!!
They work GREAT in the house! I love that they don't need batteries!!

Cool Blast 2.5 oz Mister

I found them through a search on line at Amazon.com using the discription above.

The lowest price was $9.82 highest $12.71 which is a big difference from the manufacturers website (almost $20.00).

I saw the spray bottles with the fans on the at magic kindom for sale $16.50
I thought I might find them at K-mart alot cheaper when I came across the Cool Blast Mister. (much more compact that the spray bottle) I got one for $10.00. I've seen them at Walgrens to. Last year.

I've had mine now (yellow one) for about 3 years. the neck is cracked, and the ring at the pump is broken but still works fine with some finesse. but that's after a lot of rough and tumble

I recommend getting one or two.

and if so, which store ?? Do you think they sell them at world of disney downtown ??

I was thinking about getting a couple of these for our trip in August, but I'm wondering what makes these better than just getting a cheap spray bottle and filling it with water? Are they worth the money?

Absolutely. We went to an outdoor car show last weekend and it was HOT out and high humidity. We took along the bigger sport MistyMate and it made a huge difference in cooling us down.

The mist is much finer with MistyMates than with the spray/fan bottle so you don't feel soaked, just refreshed. I haven't tried the small/personal size ones yet, but the kids have and it keeps them quiet about the heat.

I just saw these Misty Mates at BJ's yesterday and contemplated buying them. It was a set of 3 for $15. I wasn't sure if I'd need three, since my DD7 and DS5 probably wouldn't carry one... just my DH and I would.

If I had a BJ's near me, I'd be on the way there! They are $7.99 here at Walgreen's, but most have been out of stock since a sale they had at $5.99. Some CVS's have them at $9.99, but they were on sale for $7.49 a few weeks ago and ran out.

Your kids will love them, it becomes a toy (that doesn't need batteries)

I just bought the bigger sport one of these at Walmart for like $13.
It seems great, slightly larger than a water bottle, and it is enclosed in a carrying sleeve that has a belt and you can wear it like a fanny pack. The bottle goes sideways across your back and there is a long hose, so you'd never have to take it off to squirt the water.... I can't wait to use it. I figured insead of buying several small ones for the kids...that I'd end up carrying anyway!... I'd buy a bigger one for the whole family! Besides this version has a large opening and you could fill it with ice/water for an even cooler spray.
