My annual caution to dog-lovers: mistletoe and holly berries, and (to a lesser extent) the sap of poinsettia leaves are all toxic to dogs. Be careful where you display them.

No, I don't hang mistletoe in my house but I have this green frog with a Santa hat. We hang the Mistle-Toad in the front entry. He's been up there for years.
