Mistify and Odyssea

I am traveling with my husband and my parents to the Orlando area next week and plan to spend a day of our trip at Sea World. Since we only have one day to spend at Sea World, I didn't want to waste any time seeing any shows that weren't worth the time. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful insights/advice on whether or not the Mistify and Odyssea shows were worth seeing. I haven't seen any information on this board about these two shows, even though it may be here somewhere. Thanks.

We are going for a day at Seaworld at the end of our WDW trip as well. I've been reading up on all the seaworld adventures. I have both mystify and Odyssea on my list. I have heard that some leave off Odyssea but I'm trying to fit it in....

I'm getting ready to post my touring plan in a new thread shortly. It's a one day but it's hard core going from 9-10 and taking in all the shows...

Mistify wasn't listed on the show schedule when I went to the park yesterday, but I did get to see Odyssea, for the first time. The description of the show (taken from the park map) is that it is a "non-traditional circus that defies gravity." It was pretty entertaining, if you like acrobats and that type of stuff. It is in an indoor theatre as well, so a nice place to cool off, if anything.
