There was a discount for Missouri residents last year and we were lucky enough to take advantage of it. I can't remember when it ran but we saw a Disney ad in the Sunday travel section of the KC Star. We went the first part of June and stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter. We had All Star Movies booked but changed our reservations as they were about the same price. I believe it was $89 a night. Like everyone else says keep an eye on Mousesavers because the discount code was listed there too. I do know when we got our confirmation sheet from Disney it said we were using a special state code but they didn't ask to check our id when we checked in the resort.
Has anyone heard of Disney offering a Missouri resident discount??? I was on the phone with the Disney Club yesterday trying to find out when their discounts would apply for 2003 and she told me that last year Mo residents were offerered a some sort of discount??? She said the the states involved were Texas,Missouri and Florida for Resident discounts. She said to ask when I called to book our room for Jan 2003? I was just wondering if any of you other Mo DISer's new anything of this???
