Hello everyone! I'm Jamie! I'm 24, and I'm getting married in 27 days! I've grown up a Disneyphile...WDW is my favorite place in the entire world. My fiance and I got engaged in the Magic Kingdom in 2009, but could not afford to get married down there, which would have been our number one choice. We are making the most of it, however, and having our own Disney-themed-wedding here in Missouri. We've gone pretty much all out on the theme...we're Ariel and Eric, my Dad is Triton, our flower girl is Tink, our bridesmaids are princesses and our groomsmen are villains, etc! I'm so incredibly excited to have a little piece of Disney magic back home (we will, of course, be taking our honeymoon in WDW, hehe! :) )

I fell in love with the Mickey Head Fan programs years back, so those are what we decided on for our wedding. We're in the process of cutting them out now (we already have them all printed)...thank goodness for my Cricut! My fiance found room in the budget for one early on, and I have used it in more ways than I could possibly even tell you! Anyway, I was wondering if any of you lovely brides who have made them before could tell me what you used to stick the two sides together, and what you used to stick them to the paint-stir sticks?

Thanks so much for your time, and I hope that wedding planning and celebrating is going well for all!

Congrats on your wedding. I too live here in missouri and am planning my own Disney wedding. Me and my fiancee just got engaged on July 16th of this year. I love how your going to use the Disney villians for the Groomsmen that is a cool idea.

Congratulations!

I can't wait to see your photos - please come back and post some after your magical day, it sounds amazing!

I read somewhere that when you put the stick in between the 2 sides, to first tape the stick to the back of one side with clear packing tape to make sure the stick doesn't move. The tape won't show when the two sides are glued together. Not sure about what glue was used, perhaps a liberal amout of glue stick? Hope this helps a little.

Your wedding sounds amazing! We'll need pictures! ;)

This may be a shot in the dark but would heavy duty double sided tape work to hold everything together?
