Mission Space

We will be at the WDW Swan for 3 days next week before we cruise on the Magic. We would love to ride Mission Space before our cruise. Has the operation of this attraction been consistent enough to "almost" assure us of a ride if we do a one day pass on Thursday, Aug. 7 or Friday, Aug. 8? How do you know if the attraction is opening for the day(Do you ask a cast member)? Your insights are appreciated.

21 July 2003: Update

Mission Space is now opening most days (including weekends) from 1pm until park closing. A third ride bay is also now open, which brings Space up to 75% capacity

The last time I rode it was 2weeks ago and it was only opening during evening hours weekdays. This sounds like good news.
