Mission Space Fastpass+

At 60 days out the earliest Fastpass+ I could find for Mission Space was 3:40pm. (I expected that 7DMT would be later, but not Mission Space). Has anyone else had this experience? I did not realize the ride was so popular.

It's the only "thrill ride" at tier 2 at EPCOT, so not that surprised at the 60 day mark. But that is an indication of how crowded the park might be that day.

Agree with PP, Mission Space FP is usually easy to get, and the green, less intense side rarely even needs a FP except in the middle of the day. So you can expect crowds.

It should be right about when OP is going or a few days before/after. I'm going the weekend after Easter this year and my window opens this Saturday. That's probably part of the reason, big holiday time.

Slightly off-topic, but when you get Mission Space FP, am I correct that you have the option to choose whether to go on the green or orange version at the time you arrive at the ride? And your party could even split up half orange, half green if they wanted?

Correct, your FP+ will work on whichever side you select when you get to the ride!

They have separate lines. You pick one line to get into.

Weird! We never FP this ride and typically just walk in. I hate it, but my daughter loves it. We go Green.

That is unusual. Standby rarely is over 10 minutes. Either a glitch in the app or the park is really busy that day.

I'll be there the week leading up to Easter, which is predicted to be insanely busy and there are plenty of FPs available for Mission Space everyday that I've checked. I suspect the OP experienced some type of glitch.

I agree we are going at a busy time. I just surprised that Mission Space is the one ride (other than 7DMT) that was only offering me late afternoon or evening times.

Keep checking, I'm nearly certain you will be able to snag an earlier time!
