Missing tickets, but can still book fastpasses

Months ago I linked tickets to MDE, now about half of my party of 9 is missing those tickets (when I check the MDE app AND website).

I attempted to book FP for all 9 people for 20 days from now as a test, and I was able to do it. I confirmed a FP for all 9 people 20 days from now.

So since I can book their FP does that mean their tickets didn’t really disappear even though I cant see them?

I book my real FP next week for my Dec trip, so I would like to figure this out so I don’t have problems booking FP at 60 days (or entering a park in Dec)

Tickets aren't gone. Mine did the same thing. I'm the main planner for our trip. I purchased the package with my MDE. Everyone used to show up in my MDE with their tickets. Some time recently some of the tickets for other members of my party disappeared from my MDE. I can sign in on my DH account and see the tickets, but they no longer show up in mine. It's Glitchy and every day may show a different glitch!
