Missing reservation in dashboard

Been having issues all day getting into the website and now one of my reservations is missing. I made the reservation almost a week ago and never received a confirmation email but I did get a screenshot of it when it was in my dashboard. Should I be worried?

Go to your Points activity statement and make sure that it is there. If it is, I would not yet worry but contact MS in the morning. System been wonky all day.

The only activity that is showing is when I get my points at the beginning of my UY. The reservations that are showing in my dashboard aren't even showing in the points history.

Did you choose it to go back to the correct UY? Mine is defaulting to 2023 so once I changed it it showed me the correct info.

I guess the system was still being glitchy last night. I just checked my dashboard and everything is there now.

Heh, you were lucky to get in this morning to look. Most of us can't even get to our dashboards.
