Missing pictures

I'm not sure that this is the best forum to put this, but here it goes. My brother was just in WDW last week and none of his pictures have showed up in their account. I know when I've gone during a busy time my pictures have taken a day or so to pop up, but they always do. But he was there a week and nothing, just got home yesterday. There were a couple of times I was missing a specific photo or the magic was left out of magic shots and I was able to call and they could help (i could provide specific locations/times etc).
He did ask last Monday and was told the system was down, but he didn't ask again before they left. Is there any hope for his pictures like there were for mine? Is/did anyone else have any issues with their pictures in the past week or so? TIA

Last April when we went some pics would show up and others didn’t. We stopped in and talked to a CM, they stated that they were all there on their side, but it is slow sometimes to send it to the app

If the system was down meaning photos weren't taken, then that's that - it has happened to me on specific rides, but not on an entire trip. I've submitted Missing Photos requests to PhotoPass many times via the link on the website, telling them as many details as possible and including photos of the people involved and even the Magic Band ID numbers. They've always found the photos for me, except on those specific rides where the system was down. It's worth a try!

Photos taken by Photopass photographers normally show up almost immediately while ride photos can take a day of two. Is he looking for ride photos? The reason I ask is if he has an older magic band and the battery may have died to a point where the cameras do not "see" him.

Thanks for the replies, its all his photos from the entire trip. He has a new magic band. Last weekend his pictures from the first day popped up, so we were hoping slowly the rest would appear, but they haven't. I know they had some taken because he asked about their Magic Kingdom pictures.

If he hasn’t filed a Missing Photos report or called PhotoPass yet, he needs to do that ASAP. They state on their website that they have a limited time during which they can find photos. I don’t know how true that is (when I got my first AP with MM all my photos from the past year popped up) but I wouldn’t want to test it!
