Missing picture

I haven't received any emails yet that the race pictures are ready, but my half marathon pictures are available for viewing. The 5k I ran with my DD haven't showed up under our names. I scrolled through 1500 of the pictures and found 2 with us in them. I guess the ASI people have stopped tagging the pictures .

I ran the marathon with my 61 year old father. He has a wall of fame going with all our half marathon pictures. I wanted to add our first marathon to that wall. I couldn't find our finisher photo. I decided to scan the entire folder of medal pictures. Hours worth of work but I finally found it.

Yeah...apparently there were none of me or my sister for the 5K. The two photographers we saw I know weren't able to get any shots of us because of the same group of people being camera hogs. I get that you want a fun picture of you and your friends, but honestly. It's just rude to jump in front of people at EVERY camera. I'm just glad I managed to take a really good picture of the two of us before the run because as much as she's pretending like it doesn't bother her there aren't pictures of us, I know it does.

I found it!

I searched through ALL of the medal photos. It was photo ELEVEN THOUSAND something. I am so happy!

Now I just need them to add it to my photos and I'm all set.

Ooooh! Yay! I guess I need to go through all of them now to find mine.

I wasn't able to find my castle picture or my picture with Chip and Dale that I knew should be there and I couldn't find them in lost and found either. I happened to look at the pictures of the bib number in front of me since my bib number was 14689 and some of the pictures it looks like 14688. Low and behold there there are. So you might want to check the bib numbers around yours just in case.

I need to look some more for my medal picture - I got about 5000 images in before I had to take a break yesterday.

And I had another character shot during the half that's not showing up - I think it was the wicked stepmother and stepsisters - and the part that really stinks is that there's no option for them in the lost and found dropdown. So it's either look through every single photo, or give up on it. I really wish there were more options for refining searches. It's 2011, people!

Pictures still don't come up if I just type my last name, but if I just type in the bib number all my pictures came up. I sent an email to ASI about the pictures and I was told they are all sorted out now. I guess they just didn't tag the pictures with the names.
