We have two tentative park dates on our agenda with only one day open on our tickets. I made a park reservation for the first one date. What if we don't go? Do I have to cancel or will they cancel for us if we don't show up?

Don't want to forget and lose a ticket day.

Nothing happens but better to cancel if you can to free it up, wait until you know of course but cancel.

What is the latest to cancel? We are thinking about going to EPCOT one night but won't make that decision until later.

You should make a park reservation for every day you have a ticket. You can always change the park later, assuming there is availability, but it’s better to have something booked than nothing.

Cancelling isn’t required. You won’t lose any entitlements from your ticket. It’s just polite to cancel if you know you won’t go so someone else may be able to grab it. Same day is fine.

Unless your 1-day ticket is undated, you will need to adjust the ticket date to make a new park reservation.
