Missing online ADRs?

About a week or so ago I booked 3 ADRs online at the same time. Today I decided to book Chefs de France and cancel Coral Reef. The problem is when I went to cancel CR the ADR could not be found. I checked the other 2 ADRs I did at the same time and none of them are coming up. Has this happened to anyone else? Are they really gone? Should I just try to rebook them? Thankfully they were not anything I HAVE to have and I have checked my other ADRs and they are all showing up fine.

Did you perhaps use a different phone number when booking them? I did my first few over the phone and they asked for my phone number so I gave them my home one. When I went to do the rest online, it said to put in your number while you're at the parks so I put in my cell. Later, when I went to retrieve all of them, unless I had the correct phone number, it couldn't find them. I eventually made a list of which ones were with my home number and which ones were with my cell...and when I had the right phone numbers attached to the ressies they all came up.

Well, I booked them all online so I figured I used my cell phone for all of them, but just in case I checked under my home number and even dh's cell just for kicks and they are still not coming up.

very strange...did you get an email confirmation? I received an email confirmation for all the ones I made online. If not, maybe those three did not go through for some reason...did you try calling to see if Disney Dining can find them?

This happened to us and when I called WDW Dining they said it was because of an on-line "glitch" with some of the reservations especially those made in the first month or so after going on-line.

The reservations came up when I gave her the reservation numbers I had written down but they would not come up when she put in my info for the reservation under our room number. Only 3 did that way the other 4 would only come up with the reservation number for the restaurant.

By the way this made it impossible to cancel a reservation when we were down there. We did not have the number with us and told Guest Relations we wanted to cancel a reservation as we decided to go to another park for the day and would not need that ADR. They could not look it up nor find it without the ADR number so we could not cancel it. We felt bad because we really hoped someone could use that time as it was during a very busy time and ADRs were hard to come by.

That is the weird thing, I did get an email with the confirmation numbers on it. I looked up the number for Coral Reef and tried to cancel it and when it wouldn't come up I tried the numbers for the other 2 on the same email and none of them will come up.
I haven't called yet. One of them I re-booked for the exact same time, so I am thinking something happened where they just got lost/ didn't go through or something.

This is happening to me right now. I have email confirmations, a ADR in a particular email will not show. However some (all contained in on email) will show. After I read your post I went to check. Very strange. I will have to try calling to see what's going on. The error mesae advises me to call

Just notice my original online ADRs hve my old phone number, from when I originaly signed up for the WDW website. Even though this had been updated and was not the number provided to them as my contact while there.
Look at the top of the email confirmation, the phone number under your name will be what those ADR's were booke under.

Well that may be the issue. I looked at the ones I have and they all have my phone number under my email address but that email does not have a phone number on it.
