Missing my puppy

My six month old baby has been in the animal hospital since Tues night. I took him to the vet because his gums were bleeding and they said his platelet (sp?) count was too low. Hopefully, they'll let him come home tomorrow. No trips to Disney or anywhere else anytime soon - I'm going to try not to cringe when I see the bill. I can't wait to see him again.

Thank you. Every day I wake up hoping it will be 'the day'. I have to show a happy face for the kids. I worry about how he's going to be when he gets back - will he remember the whole potty training thing? And I hope this doesn't continue into the future because he's turning into an awfully expensive dog.

{{hugs}} My puppy is 6 months too. He had to go to the vet this week and had to spend the night. I couldn't believe how much I missed him.

Pixie dust for you and your puppy is on the way! I hope everything turns out okay for you. I have three little puppies myself and I love them like they are my children. I couldn't imagine having to leave them overnight in the hospital.

Awwww...I hope he's much better and back home soon. My little one is 6 months old now. At his recent visit, the vet told me to keep an eye on a part of his arm where he's lost some hair...make sure the area doesn't get larger. If it does, he'll have to be treated for it. Something to do with mites we all have. Poor babies!
