Missing mom & daughter-near Philly

The just broke in on the news saying is was all a lie and they weren't kidnapped.. is this the same case? I only caught the end of it.

I think so....they intervieved the girl's Bio. father and he was saying he had no idea why the Mom would do this. I don't get it.....she just takes the one DD and leaves...what about the other 2 kids??

I'm sure more will come out on this by the 11:00 news tonight.

Ok- just heard the same news on the radio on my drive home. I take back # 1 above. Why would she take one daughter and leave the other two at home? What kind of mother does that?

This just baffles me. It's not like she even took the baby who is the child of the man she is married too? It just doesn't add up.

Is the missing girl the only child of the that particular father? The 15 year old - does she have a different father than the missing girl? I know the baby's father is who she is married to know.

I don't know...I don't get it either....The only reason I can see doing it is if she thought her daughter was in danger....but If I thought one of my kids was in danger, I certainly wouldn't just take one and leave the other one behind in the same dangerous situation I am taking the other child away from.

I thought this was strange from the start, but now they saw them get onto a plane going to Tampa. That's weird, and as a mom of three, I would never take one of my children and leave the other two.

I felt that the dad was involved in the kidnapping when this story went national. I feel bad now. I'm glad everyone is safe.

Glad the girl is alright. She will be able to visit mom in prison.

I hope they charge her with kidnapping.

Here in Philly, this was big news. The local channels showed the poor family & neighbors sobbing. They had counselors go out to the kids' schools to talk to them. Everywhere along I-95 were Amber Alert signs. The man hours put in by the police & FBI

And she turns up in WDW, probably with over a quarter million dollars in her pocket.
