Missing MagicBands

Is anyone else having trouble seeing our MagicBands ? We customized them and everything yesterday. I just called Disney and they said they're having issues and we should recheck in the afternoon

Disney's IT is less than stellar. I wouldn't worry

YES!!! I was just wondering the same thing. We customized ours, and when I go into Magicbands and Cards, only our previous bands are listed and nothing else. It doesn't show the order or how many days left to customize. When I go to the main page where our plans are listed, "searching for magicbands" shows up for a second and goes away. Good to know I am not the only one. I logged into my sisters MDE too the same thing happened to hers.

Is the "Personalize your MagicBands" supposed to be checked when you customize them or is it just checked when the customization deadline is gone ?
