It has just occured to me that I might not be returning to disneyword for at least another 10 months :( and even then we'll have to work all summer to be able to afford to go! (My boyfriend and I are both students, so most of our time is taken up with studying and lectures!) we went in september and had the time of our lives, it was amazing :D but now im really missing being there- i want to go back! :p
:Pinkbounc

That is the worse part of going to WDW....after you come home you will miss it!

I can't believe DH has agreed to take us on a surprise trip for Christmas. The girls don't know, and I am hoping we can go without telling them until the last minute so it is a BIG surprise.

Usually we have a much longer wait between trips.

I totally agree!

We were just there for out Honeymoon in September...and I can't wait to go back either!

(heck, i just want to go back to the AKL!! hehehe)

Let the planning begin!

Of course you want to go back, but it is never too early to start planning the next trip, and that is half the fun!

We don't leave for WDW until next week but I am already planning our 2004 trip! DH and I have very stressful jobs and the only thing that keeps us sane is knowing that the next WDW trip is out there.

Remember, the sooner you start saving (skipping a few Starbucks here and there adds up!) the sooner you can be back in the World. Start a change jar, visit the Rewards Forum to find out about on-line surveys and other ways to earn some extra bucks with little investment of time. Also, go to the Budget Board and mousesavers.com for some very creative ideas for saving on everything.

Look at the next 10 months as time to learn even more about WDW on these Boards so that your next trip will be even more magical than the last one!

Solution to proposed question:

Go back sooner.

Problems?
Not enough money, not enough time

Solutions:
Work more (or use your student loan!),
what are you saying 'not enough time' - this is disney! :hyper:

Life is about fun. Go on. Book that flight!

I'm still obsessed with planning and just Disney in general and I too have to wait 10+months before our next trip. The day we got back this trip I was ready to go again.
I don't think I can make it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tazz: I feel your pain!

Okay....look at my timer....and look at the last I visited Disney! So poo-poo on all of you! :duck: :snooty:

I haven't been in 11 years and despite my wifely wiles, this trip will probably be our one and only....:( (but I haven't given up yet!!!!!;) )

You can get some joy on planning and in finding ways to squeeze a mini-trip (although from England, a mini-trip would be just as expensive I suppose!).

I am excited that I am about a month away, but I am dreading the day we get home.

Oh heart4dis, don't worry. If this is your first cruise what will probably happen is that it will be more wonderful and more magical than you can possibly imagine, and you will just HAVE to return!

The Disney Cruise is very addiciting. We thought the one we did in 2000 would be our one and only, and afterwards we just knew no other vacation could ever be as good.....so we have gone every year since.

And while you are there for the Disney Cruise, you have to get in some time at Disney World, right? :p

For my DH, it was WDW that hooked him....it was the Disney Cruise. NOW we are DVC members and are planning to go at least once a year to both!

tazz23: I can totally relate! We just got back from our 2nd family trip this past September and I was planning my next trip on the plane ride home! Unfortunately, I don't forsee us going until May 2006, so that's about 18 months away! :(

I still come to the boards almost every day, though....even after 3 years on the boards, I still find new and useful information all the time. I find if I don't get my Disney "fix" here on a regular basis, I can get pretty cranky!

:D I just want to say thank you to everyone who replied! its so reassuring to know that there's other people out there feeling the same :p i find that watching back the videos we made of our last trip actually helps, it makes me feel all happy remembering what a great time we had!
Just remember that every new day is a day closer to going back! :D

You mean May 2005 ??? If it is 2006, you have longer than 18 months longer to wait!

I am in similar boat, still have over a year for our trip. I can't even make reservations yet because we have to use the 11 month window for DVC!

::MickeyMo "Well hi there everybody!"

It's so nice to see everyone's feelings coming out like this, especially on such a large scale... only on a Disney topic can something as mixed as the internet become so unilaterally happy and friendly :D

Only Disney, huh? pirate:

Precisely why we bought AP's when we went in Oct....
We knew we would be back within a year.....

I don't know if I can hold out till June like we planned!!!!!

I just may sneak in a quick trip with DD during spring break!!! :hyper:
That is if I can hold out till April!!!!!!!!!:rotfl:

:hyper: ...... part of the reason I'm glad we are only a couple of hours away.

AZKathy:

I'm not talking to you. :snooty: Just look at my counter!!! :headache: :faint:

I'm one of those who just got back and has another tripped already planned. Actually I have two planned. I bought plane tickets for the May 2004 trip this past June and now I am looking at airfare for Sept 2004. Yes I have an annual pass so of course I want as many trips I can get out of 1 year.
There are new things we want to do so we have to go back.
I hope everyone is doing well.

Tiggerlover:  Here's a hug for you! Sorry...I won't complain about my wait anymore! :earsboy: :D :guilty:
