Missing Disney Genie+ Service

Hi! I'm hoping someone may be able to help me solve this. My family of four is arriving today and we have theme park tickets for the Magic Kingdom. We are staying at a Disney resort and have park tickets with the Genie+ option purchased with the tickets.

The problem is that if I go to make a LL reservation, it will let me do it for myself, but for my other family member it says "Missing Disney Genie+ Service - The following Guests need to have Disney Genie+ service linked to their admission in order to book access to the Lightning Lane entrance for this experience" and it then gives the option to "Purchase for These Guests."

I'm not sure what is wrong. We are all linked together. I'm on hold with support right now, but I wondered if there might be a fix I'm missing.
 
Update: Called ‭(407) 939-4357‬, was on hold for about 30 minutes. The cast member was able to fix it, but not clear why the glitch happened, so don't know if it was a one-time thing or something that is going to happen every day we are there.
 
I hope that does not happen to us. I can see our 8 day park tickets with Genie + on them in the MDE app, we purchased them in our package before you could no longer do that. I am the only one with the app and it is myself and my son, so hoping all goes well. Did the remainder of your days go smoothly?

Yes, thank goodness. It was only the first day that was affected. My guess is that it had something to do with the fact that we weren't checked into the hotel yet. Either that or something the cast member did when I called fixed it for the other members of our party.
 
Out of curiosity. When you look at your ticket media on MDE does everyone’s ticket say “with Genie+”? We prepaid for G+ for our December trip…hoping this isn’t a wide-spread issue!

Good to know. I have done the online check in. Glad to know it went smoothly the rest of the time for you. 👍

Mine does. It say on each of our tickets, 8 day theme park base ticket with Genie + on each of our tickets.

Yes, ours said "with Genie+" for everyone. That's a good point from DisneyNDecember about online check-in. We did not check in online because we had some questions we wanted to ask at the front desk. It is possible that would have prevented the problem.
 
Also, you all probably know this, but for people who don't have Genie+ you can purchase it starting at midnight on the day you want to use it. So after our first day when we had the problem, I was able to see at midnight that everyone's Genie+ was the way it was supposed to be because I got the message that I couldn't purchase it because they already had it. Not that you necessarily want to have to be checking everyday at midnight for it, but it gave me some peace of mind on our second day that I wasn't going to have to wait on hold for help while I was trying to book lightning lanes. Once everything worked out that day, I more or less stopped worrying about it.
