Missing Coke Rewards

Hope this was just a fluke but my coke rewards (either Best Buy or McDonald's ) envelope was EMPTY! No letter no gift card. I called them and it takes them up to 5 days to research and get back to me. I hope it is the Mc D's one for $5 instead of the $25 BB.

I have seen a couple other reports of this happening. According to the forums I read it on, they had their points put back into the account but did not receive a gift card.

I'm still waiting on my envelopes to show up.

WE have received our:
Best BUy, Mcd's, and walmart ones. Dh said our SW ones shipped this past Tues.

Our Walmart GC was "shipped" on the 5th. McD on the 11th. The email said allow 10-20 days, so I'm giving it til after Christmas before I call or email.

I'm not at all confident in the fulfillment and customer service of My Coke Rewards. I won Disney tickets in Feb and finally received them in July after more than a dozen calls and emails getting the run around.
