I saw this on the local Orlando news the day or day after...it happened. I havent heard anything on the news since and i was wondering if he had been found..

Disney isn't doing anything because it didn't happen on Disney property. They also consider it an HR issue.

The police aren't doing anything since they don't have a lead.

No one with power wanting to do anything for the little guy - no surprises here. Makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

I had a much less severe problem with the authorities in Orange and Osceola counties. When I lost my wallet at Fantasmic in '05, I was up all night arguing with both sheriff departments on which county should assist me with reporting it and I needed the paperwork as I was to be flying out the next afternoon. I put in my first call with them at 10pm that night and had my paperwork in hand at 10am the next morning, I assume, after they got sick of me yelling at them all night. I would have liked to have assumed they were out helping someone with bigger problems but each time I called back, they determined that I needed to contact the other county - of course, without contacting me to let me know that! Grr!

could he possibly be in a local hospital in a coma? if he has diabetes he might have gone into shock..how can the police not do anything??!!!that sickens me please let his family knoe that the soto family from new jersey will be saying a prayer for his safe return

I heard about him on the local news right after he went missing. I've not heard anything since. Perhaps, his wife could get one of the news stations to run the story again as a public service thing. She should appeal to them in that nothing is being done and she just needs to get the word out again.

My sister, who works at DTD, has not said anything about it. I will ask her if the CMs at DTD are aware of what happened. Perhaps somebody saw something. If she mentions it to other CMs, word could spread pretty quickly.

Passing the word would be greatly appreciated. The wife talked with him as he was driving down I-4 close to DTD and that was the last time she talked with him.

Are we sure he didn't intentionally run away? People do weird stuff like that.

I hope that where ever he is, he's safe.

My SIL is a type one Diabetic, she has been on insulin since she was thirteen. I have witnessed a few of her shocky episodes and they are extremely bizarre. I know even at the age of 45 her mother calls her at least half a dozen times a day to check on her. She can't be left alone at night, etc. THis man could have easily had an episode and be disoriented or as someone else posted, in a hospital right now. My thoughts are with his family. Please, Safetymom, keep us posted!

That is horrible. I really hope they find him soon. I can't imagine the police aren't doing anything.

Here's a dumb question. It was said that Disney wasn't doing anything because he wasn't on Disney property. But, wouldn't the CM parking lot be Disney property?

The last time she talked with him he was driving on I-4 after leaving DTD. I think she has tried a lot of things to try and find him.

As far as anyone knows things were fine at home, no reason to leave.
