Here is a link to a news story out of Jacksonville. Right now they aren't charging him with anything to do with her disappearance, they arrested him on drug charges. It also says that the FBI was waiting for them when they got to the house.

These things so rarely turn out this way. Although I'm sure there will still be issues, thank GOODNESS this little girl is still alive and can be returned to her family.
