Ok someone told me the dark ride up and down peices came out and i'm wondering is this ture and what other items besides the ones in ned's shop have been giving out?

There have been no further releases of Dark Ride Pieces but there has been Dark Ride items such as the Islands and Skull Rocks

If you look at the VMK Homepage, click Newsletter, and look in the section titled Room Makeover, you will see in the pictures from the most recent makeover that there are dark ride hill items used in that room.

They have not bee released to players yet (as far as anyone knows) except in that makeover.

All Pan items that have been released have been at Ned's, with the exception of the PPR small islands which were a prize 1 day in the ride-a-thons.
