Miss Shirley's Baskets?

Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with Shirley for her baskets? An e-mail or phone number would be great. We're cruising Feb. 25 on a four day and I'd love to surprise my kids with a basket and also a basket of thanks for my mom who treated us to this cruise!

Shirley is Awesome. She did baskets for all five of the people who I travels with this summer. They items where perfect and she was a jewel to work with. I tend to be a little bit of a pain when I'm tring to get my ducks in a row- Shirley answered everyone of my questions!

We got baskets from Shirley in April for our cruise. It was one of the highlights of our cruise for the children - we did totebags stuffed with stuff like Dr. Pepper and other snacks as well as their favorite characters for towels, the bags, cups, etc. - it started the whole cruise off so perfect and the cruise was a wonderful time filled with lots of pixie dust and Shirley and her baskets were part of it!

But do not be fooled - not everything she can do is on the web site - search the board for people who have posted pictures of their items. I called and talked directly with them and did the tote bags which were a much bigger hit with my tweens than a sand bucket would have been - she also was able to find me a beach towel with Pluto in it (my son's favorite character) which is not the "norm". They were just great!

Yes, as soon as you talk to Shirley, she will do good for you. I have a teen that loves beef jerky, a little girls that loves fruit rolls. Could I have taken these snacks, yes, and did I, yes, and they were all gone on the airplane. Shirley had all their favorites.

My suggestion would be to call her. Because you will love just spending the time on phone talking to her. She's a special person.

When my kids entered the stateroom, they saw the baskets and/or totes and theyy just loved them. She also did a very special basket for my DH from me. Wine & Champagne.... and special treats. And she was so sweet, helping me out with what to say on the card.

We used her both times .... I wish we had her out here for the West Coast cruise!

I ordered 5 baskets from Shirley this past November and they were fantastic!! She is wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond. dd6 and dd8 absolutely loved the sand buckets (personalized with their names) filled with all kinds of their favorite goodies and sand toys. Grandma and Grandpa raved over the pirate treasure chest they rec'd filled with wine, liquor, waterproof camera and goodies. dn enjoyed the birthday sand bucket & goodie set and sil/bil were very happy with their soda, water and snack pack. Excellent service and excellent gifts!!!!

The 800 number doesn't work from Canada. You'll have to use her local number which is 321.799.GIFT (4438). I just talked to her and can ditto everything wonderful everyone has already said....she's great and full of lots of helpful hints.

We'll be cruising Feb.25, so when would you say i should order. I was thinking the first week of Feb. Can anyone tell me what kind of price range (ballpark idea)I'd be looking at for the tote with snacks kind of gift? Thanks again

Shirley did two baskets for me this past Dec. and they were absolutely perfect - they were everything I hoped they would be and more! Shirley is an absolute sweetie and I will be using her again when we cruise in 2008.

Hey Y'all.....

This is one of Shirley's "daughters" you cannot go wrong with a basket that she makes up for you and your family.

We've been cruising with Disney since DD was 5...she's now 14....we're talking about a cruise in December....first thing she said was...."I wonder what will be in my basket from Mickey and Minnie"......... So see where her priorities are...lol

I've never ordered one off the website, Shirley has always custom made for DD. I've never been able to get a pix of one, like everyone else, DD tears into the basket almost before it gets into the cabin!!!

Give Shirley a call...you WILL NOT be disappointed.

We are sailing on 2/3.. and I just talked to the fabulous Ms. Shirley a while ago. I can't wait. I tend to get hyper so i put some things off.. as long as possible. She is a doll.. and I am so excited about what she is doing for my dd and my gd.. princess themed with beach towels and toys.. she had the best ideas.. and a chat with her is a must! You will not be sorry. I will post pics when I am back. I can't wait for the girls to see their "princess" gifts.. Ms. Shirley... I know the divas will love them.
