After reading the weekly update on mouseplanet, it seemed as though my room rate for my trip this monday was incorrect. I called back this morning and double checked it. The castmember said it was under the correct rate code. I went on to explain to him why I was calling, etc.. He checked another rate code and said it would be cheaper, then for reference, he checked the original rate code (bke) again, and it finally came up with the price of $49.00. I was originally paying 69.00 + tax which was only a $10.00 savings off of rack rate instead of the $30.00 mouseplanet said I should save under bke. The moral of this story is be persistent, and never be afraid to call back and double check!!
