Misc. assortment of points for rent $8 - $10

Just closed on our third contract and realized that we have more points than we can possible use in the next several months.

There are also 56 points in holding, which can only be used for reservations less than 60 days out. There are 112 reservation points, which can't be used for DVC resorts, but can for many other Disney resorts such as Grand Floridian, Polynesian, AKL, Contemporary, FW cabins and others. I do not believe that they can be transferred, (although a different CM at MS might tell me otherwise) so I would need to make the reservation for the buyer. All of these points expire 5/31/05, and since they are somewhat "distressed" I am valuing them at $8 each.

I also have 50 OKW points which must be used by 7/31/05, and 3 BCV points which must be used by 5/31/05. These points CAN be transferred and are $10 each.

Sorry that this sounds like a Labor Day sale of odds and ends.

I just wanted to let everyone know who asked about reservations with these points that MS is overwhelmed at the moment. They asked me to call back in a couple of days, as they are trying to deal with member who have reservations in the next few days and who are dealing with Frances-related booking and points problems.

I will get back with everyone asap. I will likely try to call tomorrow afternoon and perhaps things will be settled down for those guys by then.
