I hate hockey, but I love the movie Miracle. I think I'm turning into a Miracle junkie. Any other fans out there? I wish I could ice skate.

I have to admit, I bought the DVD without hearing reviews or anything about it just because Kurt Russell was in the movie. Plus, it was a Disney movie.

You might like the documentary out on DVD, I enjoyed watching it. It gave me goosebumps, even though I know how it ends!

Great movie! Even my kids, 4 & 7, who can barely sit through a kiddie movie, made it for the entire movie in the theater. They want to buy it now that theyve seen commercials for it.
Yep, we are a hockey family.

I've always been a hockey fan (used to have season tickets to the Blackhawks) and I remember very well the Olympics where they won. So I was looking forward to this movie. Instead of just liking it - I loved it. The movie is about so much more than hockey. It is about teamwork and overcoming great odds. A real winner!

I thought Kurt Russell did an excellent job. Loved the movie!
That moment when the player finally says, "My name is ____. I play for the USA!", I just about cried.

I really liked the movie until someone told me afterwards that the goalie was glorified and that he really was a drunk driver who killed some girl and now tries to cover it up. I tried to get some info to the validity of that claim, but wasn't able to find anything about it on the Internet. Anyone know the story with that? I can't even think of the guy's name at this moment.

But at the time when we saw it in the movie theatre, I absolutely loved the movie. As did DH.

Poor DD was embarrassed.

I knew the ending too. Lived it the first time around. So I was very excited.....
