I am confused after reading the Southwest site and talking to a representative. I am taking my 14 year old granddaughter to WDW. The site mentions notarized consent from both parents, medical insurance info and more. But the SW agent said no ID or authorization is required. Has anyone flown with them lately to know what I would need?

I took my daughter's BBF to WDW last year and flew SWA. She was 15 and DID NOT need ID so you are good to go. I do think it is a good idea to have some form of photo ID but certainly not necessary. We also did make sure we had a notarized letter giving consent for any medical treatment should there be an unfortunate accident and a copy of her medical insurance card. That's all you "need".

Have Fun!

That's correct as far as air travel, no ID is required for under 18. When I took my nieces, they did not require anything.

It is a good idea to have written consent in case of a medical issue. If you don't have it, it could delay treatment while they contact the parents.

Nevermind I see the post right below. I must have been writing mine when t was posted.
