Minnie's Breakfast before Park Opening?

Do they still have the Minnie & Friends breakfast an hour before park opening on some days? If so, how late does DL have to open for them to have that?

In years past when the park opened at 8, we had a 7:15 reservations for Minnie and friends and loved it! We ate, had terrific character interactions and then walked out to a newly opened park. We would do it that way in a heart beat! (I believe there was a MM that morning as well, so maybe that sways it. I would contact Disney Dining and see what their policy for the experience is)
