Minnie's Breakfast at Plaza Inn questions

we were told when we ate there (this was a couple years ago tho) that tax and tip were included when we paid. We did not have a voucher, this was told to us by the cashier we paid when we went in for our meal.

Can anyone let me know if there are any maximums on table size? I am planning to go down with 9 and wanted to go to the character dining at the Plaza Inn.

There was no max when we did it--we had a group of 12 and they just shoved a bunch of tables together.

same with us, although when we got there they had given us a table for 8 along the wall and a table for 4 near it. Since we were there for a bday and everyone wanted to watch the 1 year old go at the cake we did fuss about it and they were able to reposition a few tables near the 4 top they had reserved away from the wall to make us a large 10 top out of 2 typically 4 tops. (8 on each side plus 2 head of table spots).

We never had a problem when we go to GK in the early hours getting food and enjoying our meal, at Minnie's it is a cattle call, everyone tries to get their food as fast as they can and there always seems to be a line..really never had a very good experience there... but the food was good when we got to it.

I think we hit the crowds just right - rainy 3 day weekend kept park attendance levels down so we lucked out in terms of crowds at Minnie's and I'm also thinking we had the first time slot of the day so maybe that helped? The only hiccup was the odd table position they had first planned to seat us.

But thanks for your GK recommendation. I was wondering about it and was considering adding that experience on our departure day since we are staying at the DLH. Do you have any particular recommendation about best time slot there?

We always go during the summer so crowds do affect how the meals go and number of people. We always do 7am on a non-mm day, then head down to the park as the gates open, works best for us. The food has always been fresh. Have fun with your visit.
