Minnie Van for 8

If I remember correctly, the Lyft app popped up when we got close to property. I downloaded the app but never opened it. Am I out of luck?

I believe so, sorry.
You have to go through the process of adding the app and accepting the invitation to participate in using the Minnie Van service. That process is what adds Minnie Van to your app as a vehicle option. If you didn't do that, there's no way to do it later. It won't hurt to complete the app installation next time you go, maybe it will still hold the invitation, no idea. But I doubt it

Here's the invitation you will get when you stay at a participating resort. Some have said they didn't get the invitation and in that case you go to the Bell Services counter at the resort and they can add it to your Lyft account manually.
Notice on the invitation it informs you to download the app and create an account. In our case, we were already Lyft customers so it added Minnie Van to our current account.
I am going to assume you never went through this process to accept the T&C and Participate?

Correct. I got a text message to download the app and I did. I just never opened it after I downloaded it. I did get the code. It’s in my messages but apparently there’s no way to add it now. I’m really bummed. I had planned to use it extensively since we aren’t on the monorail this trip.
I may try going to Poly and asking them to add it. I can show them the code in my messages. Maybe they’ll help me!

One of 2 things too, it's possible when you get there, it will appear, since you have the code. I honestly don't know how the code "turned it on". If it remained connected in your account somewhere, once you actually open the app at Disney it could finish the process of adding it. No idea, just saying it's possible the code is lying there waiting to be active.
If that doesn't work and Minnie Van isn't an option when you return to Disney, then yeah, go by and ask. All they can do is say no. Sometimes they add it for people who have never even stayed there.
Lesson learned for anyone else reading along too, if you get the offer to add it, finish the process to open the app and set up your account. Just in case. Even if you never plan to use it.

Plus, when do you go back? They have just added in CBR. FQ may even be included by the time you return, who know what their roll out schedule is.
