Minnie Van- Beach Club to Contemporary?

We have breakfast at Chef Mickey at 7:30 and I was wondering what time we should plan on ordering a Minnie Van from Beach Club and how much we can expect to pay? I've read reports of trips costing from $30-50 so I was hoping to get a little more specific. We need the Minnie Van because we need a car seat for our 2 year old- Lyft XL is too up in the air for me.

Lyft does not have any cars with child seats. Uber has some child seat cars in both X and XL.

Minnie Van pricing is pretty high now. The actual fare structure is on the MV webpage. I believe it's $17 + $3.15 per mile. You can get the approximate mileage from any map application.

The other thing you could do, which won't cost you anything, is to grab a Magic Kingdom bus from Beach Club, then walk over to the Contemporary. Buses start around 6:30 every morning, unless the park is opening early, in which case they start running even earlier.
That said, I really like the Minnie Van service, despite its outrageous cost. This ride might be $40 after tip. I'd hail one by 7:00 at the latest; it could take a few minutes for one to get to you.

FYI, anyone can check Minnie Van prices themselves by doing what I'm doing. Open up the Lyft app, put in pick up and drop off location and scroll all the way to the right for Minnie Van option.

I like the ease of the Minnie Van that early in the morning we aren't super early morning people, and it's our little guy's first trip to Disney so I want to make that morning extra magical!

A Minnie Van will definitely do the trick, in that case! I love them for the level of service.
