Minnie mouse at DCA?

Ones anyone know what times I can find Minnie Mouse at DCA? Yesterday we saw the line for her at the plane close to the GCH entrance to DCA. We had lunch reservations so didn't have time to wait in the line. Any help with this?

In the Carthey Circle hub where the times of ride wait times are displayed we were able to ask for character times there. We were wanting to see Sulley and the CM told us the times he was going to be out in the area. I would try over there and see.

Top place to see her is where you passed her--in front of the plane in Condor Flats. She used to have a show there. The show has ended, but her greeting people there was still happening in Feb when we were there. I'm not sure that I've seen her anywhere else. Maybe Buena Vista, but I'm not even really sure about that one.
