Minnie in 50th Anniversary Dress

Is there anywhere to meet Minnie wearing the 50th anniversary purple shimmery dress? My niece has the dress and keeps asking when she can meet Minnie for a “twins” picture. We asked a CM at Contemporary who didn’t know. MK CM at Town Square (where we met Mickey in his anniversary outfit) told us “maybe Epcot.” Tried asking Guest Services to confirm and they “weren’t sure” and offered us waiting for a parade or calvacade because she wears it in that. I can’t get it to come up on Google, so I’m turning the boards for help. Is there a meet for Minnie in her anniversary dress anywhere?

I really don't think this is available... Yet. Hopefully next week when character greetings return, but that may not help you if you're leaving town before then. And next week is not a guarantee either.

Ask back at the front desk at the Contemporary or at the Concierge stand. I heard at one point some of the anniversary characters made random appearances at the monorail resorts. Could be over, or maybe you'll get lucky. Up until now Minnie hasn't been available in the parks in the anniversary dress.

This article explains how to find the character meets and does mention Minnie but not sure if she’ll be in the 50th dress for meetups. She was in it for all the cavalcades during my January trip (although that’s not a meet up)

Only Mickey meets in 50th outfit unfortunately for minnie as far as I know:
-Safari outfit in DAK (I don’t know if she’s part of tusker house line up but adventurer outpost meet is returning soon)
-seasonal outfits at Hollywood & Vine
-evening gown at red carpet dreams
-chef outfit at chef Mickey’s
-newspaper dress Topilinos
-classic polka dots at gazebo in Epcot

IF big top meet area reopens in the near future it will be interesting to see if minnie, Daisy, Donald, goofy switch to their 50th outfits or if they keep their circus looks
