miniumun age of occupancy?

Is there a miniumun age that a person can stay in an on site Disney hotel? My college aged daughter has her own charge card but is there an age limit when reserving a room? I know some places say 18 some say 21. Does anyone know where I can find out Disney's policy?

At the Disney Resorts, the minimum check-in age is 18.
