How do I get to winter summerland if blizzard beach is closed in march? Is this the better of the two golf courses?

The CSR bus from Epcot will make a stop at BB till 11:00 PM, even when BB is closed.

So, you will have to go from your resort to Epcot and then change to the CSR bus.
