Minions and irish Air show help PLEASE!

Hi, one of my work mates organises Airshows here in Ireland ...a few of us are helping out too. this weekend..he Loves minions and I was wondering if someone can either create a pink minions that says ATC crew or just a regular minion saying ATC Pink minion crew!
We are all wearing pink t shirts and I am hoping to print out the mionions to make badges!!!
