Hey all, not sure if this should be on here or another board, but let's try. First question is has anyone ever ordered from there ( minimus.biz) and were you satisfied with them. Seems like a good place to order things to bring on next vaca. Now the other question/issue. Instead of delivery to my home and me packing it all....think it can be delivered to resort I'm staying at and hold for my arrival date??? TIA

YES! I love Minimus! I always send things ahead to our hotels (snacks and such),
especially if we are arriving late at night. DD15 is a Type 1 diabetic and it's ease of mind to have some carbs on hand for her.

DH went to LAS for a convention in March. I wanted to send a gift basket so he would have some munchies. All the gift basket sites I checked were skyhigh and contained things that I knew would go to waste. He was taking classes and really didn't have time to grocery shop. He stayed in a hotel first, then moved over to a condo, and his goody box was waiting on him!

Everything has been wonderful and the small sizes means that a regular bottle of salad dressing doesn't get thrown out! And, if your order is over $20 it ships for free! Address it to yourself using the hotel address, then add special instructions on the order area (c/o or Hold for Mr. & Mrs. ??? with your arrival date). Also, I've gotten stuff so that we can do only carry-ons and get the "liquids" sent ahead! Can't say enough good things about this company! Sign up on their website for specials and updates!

The idea came as, packing for their return trip, they realized that they were having to discard a lot of full size products that were hardly used because they were too problematic to carry back with them!

Yep - used them and loved them! (Wish I had thought to ship to the resort, though! You are ahead of me!)

DS (with autism) went through a stage where he preferred pb&j sandwiches and only a certain flavor of Ken's salad dressing on salads. We didn't really want to lug full-sized jars/bottles of this stuff all around WDW! Hadn't ever tried them before but found Minimus online and they were great -- we got lots of the individual serving sizes of the stuff he would eat and it worked perfectly for us. (Thank heavens that stage didn't last long, though!!!)

I've used them several times for trips to Disney. They do a great job packaging food and non food items separate so no worries there. They are on the west coast so I usually order about 2 weeks before my trip and the box arrives about a week before the trip. The hotel will hold it for 2 weeks so this works out well.

I just for the first time placed an order to be shipped to my house. I got some cereal boxes for my picky eater to bring to school for lunch-cheaper than the grocery store individual boxes/bowls. And I got some flavored olive oils and jams to make a gift basket for a friend at work for Christmas.

I ordered from them and they are great. It was wonderful having dressing packets that I could just carry in my bag. Also, sunscreen packets for reapplying while at the parks.

I too have used them in the past. I especially love their travel first aid kit.

Love the cereal too: Apple Jacks-Smacks & Raisin Bran. I can chose the boxes or the bowls. As well as the packets of Miracle Whip.
