I'm getting married on a Monday in September of 2010. I know I have to spend $12,000. What if I use a bill on conception bar and part of that budget puts me just over the $12k mark, but after we don't use all that we had budgeted for and end up under the 12k mark? is that possible? We are trying to stay as close to that 12k mark as possible.

Thanks.

What they will do in that case is just refund the amount over your minimum, not the actual difference in what you paid. (The contract states that you have to pay the minimums, even if you make "changes" that reduce your expenditures.)

So say you pay $12,100 upfront with a Bill-On-Consumption bar estimate of $1,000. But then your guests only drink $800 worth. You would only get a refund of the $100 over the minimum you paid, not the $200 actual difference.

Alright thanks, I think I'd rather add a 3rd character to reach my min then risk paying for drinks that no one had.
