Minimum Dues?

Is there a minimum for total Dues?

I ask because, my wife and I are are considering a BWC DVC resale. We are thinking that we only need about 50 points because:

- there is only 2 of us, we will only need a studio
- we plan on traveling every other year
- we greatly prefer to stay in the Boardwalk area

Any other general thoughts about this scenario would be appreciated.

There is no minimum assessment, it is all based on $x per point. Dues are based on calendar year, and are due in January, no matter what your "use year" may be.

Based on the above statements, It's obvious you have done your homework - I am sure that your next step will be the BWV re-sale route. There are no minimum amount for dues, it's all points based, as Chuck pointed out.

The minimum add-on is 25 points if paying cash and 50 points if you want Disney financing. But you are not limited to adding on in 25 point increments. You could add on 27 points or 39 points or 88 points -- whatever works, as long as it's a number greater than 24.
