Minimum age at kids clubs

I read the minimum age is 4 for the kid's clubs at the Deluxe resorts. Is there any grace period for the age? For example, my son will be one month from turning 4 when we visit WDW. Would they consider him, or not until he has already turned 4?

No, they are strict on the ages for the kid's clubs, the child must be 4 (and potty trained) in order to participate.

This is due to Floridia law... it the Kid's Clubs made exceptions they could loose their licenses.

Thanks, I didn't realize it was based on state law. Although, even as I was posting the quesiton, I felt that it might be a dumb question, because if they didn't adhere the age, then where do they draw the line?!
