Mini Trampoline?

Hi. I was just wandering if anyone uses one for exercise? I had one in my hands tonight at Walmart, but of course I put it back. Would you recomend one?

I had a friend give me one, but I have no idea what to do with it, lol!

I've got one that I have never used, but was thinking the other day during the cleaning and dusting of the nooks and crannies that I should try it on for size.

I bought mine at Target, then bought the Urban Rebounder DVDs from Amazon.

This is really a work out--- I can only do the workout for senior citizens (I'm not even close in age). Unfortunately, it hurts my knees and ankles so badly that I do not do it very often. I think if you can stick to it -- it would be a great workout- even my 11 year old thinks it is too hard (and he plays on the trampoline all the time).
