woo so i know its only a tiny amount but im so excited !!

reached the £500 mark on our florida fund , i know it doesnt seem much and is a baby step to what we really need but im well excited!! we have been very practical this year and been only paying a tiny amount each month ( last year we saved over £2500+ but decided to pay it toward our other debts )

also paid £600 on my credit ard this week and dp has banned any holiday booking until the card is paid off

oh and my oh has a new job!! so will be starting that on monday and will hopefully be able to make a new budget !!

We are going next Oct, and have sooooooo much still to save, but I like to break it down into smaller chunks too.
We've booked our flights already and my parents lent us the money, apart from the £900 we have saved already, so we are paying them back over the next 10 months, so any extra money we get spare in the mean time will go in the pot, and then once they are paid off, we will only have 7 months to save! EEK!

It's scary but we figured as long as we have paid for our flights, accomodation and park tickets, we can worry about the rest after! :cool1:
