DS and I stayed at the AKL for 5 nights, then went to HRH for 2 nights, then returned last minute for one night at the YC!
We didn't eat many sit-down meals, but I'll do a few reviews:
-Boma - we enjoyed this very much, although after looking forward to trying the flank steak, I was disappointed. It was tough  Otherwise, food was good at usual (4th time I've eaten there). Soups, salads, salmon entree, desserts were all wonderful. I had 2 Zebra Domes (!). 8 out of 10.
-50's Primetime Cafe - Decided to try this again (have been disappointed in the past) because DS thought it would be fun. Waitress was nice enough but not really gung-ho with the interaction. DS had fried chicken, and the chicken was good, but his green beans were cold. I had pot roast - tasty, but again barely warm and too salty. 4 out of 10. This is a place to go if you have a larger group that's really into the action, and don't care about the food quality!
- Yakitori House - an old favorite at Epcot. I was so disappointed that Beef Udon soup had been taken off the menu :( . This is always a must-eat for me! We both got Tempura (shrimp) udon and enjoyed it, though. 8 out of 10 for counter service.
-Mexico outdoor cafe (forget name). I had the chicken taco salad and DS had nachos. Taco salad HUGE and filling and the black beans were great. Nachos were so-so. 6 out of 10.
-Mara - very nice for a resort quick service spot. I can recommend the Chicken Tandoori Pizza, and DS, who loves shrimp, can recommend the fried shrimp platter! Grilled Chicken Sandwich was also quite good. 8 out of 10.
-Sorry, WDW, but our best meals were at USE - Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific and Thunder Falls Terrace at IOA!

Stay away from Restaurantosaurus for lunch at the AK!!! I wanted to eat at Tusker House, but DS needed a McDonald's fix  We waited FOREVER - I am not kidding - to get to the front of the line. It must be the most inefficient fast food place of any at WDW. Meals were way overpriced, and value meals did not include a drink. By the time we finally got our food, we hunted forever for one empty table, and by the time we sat down, DS's fries were stone cold. Never again
