Mini Misting Fans?

I bought the Misty Mate at Walgreens last week. While it does not have a fan it does do a great job cooling you off. DS used it for baseball practice and loved it.

Hmm... I saw this at Walgreens and was wondering how it worked. Maybe I'll pick this up instead. Can I ask how much it was? I have been checking and re-checking Wal-Mart, and have searched every other store I can think of for the mini misting fans, and no luck! Has anyone found them in the Northeast?

Poohs hunny - I have what I believe is the smallest size (they come in an amazing range of sizes) I think it is 2.5 oz (maybe 3.5) Can be refilled easily from the water fountains. It cost about $9.00 at Walmart.

The Misty Mate at Walgreens was $7.99. I took the last one ours had so I am going to check back in a week and see if they have more.

I did buy one of the small fans for my daughter who is 5.

Just be fore-warned... we had to untangle DDs hair from the fan several times last year! (Mine, too! )

I found it in the aisle that has all of the summer items. I believe it was near the fans.

Oh really i never had seen them in the parks i was thinking of trying toys r us . but thanks for the tip . I knew someone on here would know where to get one Only 26 days till we leave YEAH!!

I'm a big fan of the misty mates. I have two of the small blue ones with belt clips for DDs, as well as one that is part of a fanny pack.

They are selling the mini caribiner misters the OP shows at REI.com for $7. Shipping would be $5.99.

Since we have Misty Mates, I'm not ordering them, but I did check out WalMart. They didn't have them. They had a smaller Misty Mate, but like another poster said, it didn't have an easy way to carry it.

I bought a soft bladed stroller fan for DS, as he doesn't like to be sprayed with water.

That is too funny I found my Mistymate in the paint area of Walmart, only because another poster said she found the O2Cool there. All they had was the "Many Sizes of Mistymates"

I am seriously thinking of doing my lanai in Mistymate if the HOA will let me

I still have mine, but I am taking a trip with my godson this summer, and I'd like to buy him one. I can't find them anywhere this year, or anything similar. Have they been discontinued?
